Good host

Great communication. Very clean and welcoming home. My daughter and I stayed here with a friend, for a week during Christmas. Everything you could ever need is 6 minutes away. Whole Foods or Publix for groceries if you’re staying for a while. subculture for coffee is a must, all just 6 minutes away in downtown at the gardens. We even hosted dinner for with family we were visiting. Had s’mores at the fire pit, and lots of quality hang time in the covered porch area. Willl definitely stay here again, as we visit the area frequently.

Place was very clean and great location

The property had adequate provisions in terms of towels dishes etc, however the floors were dirty and there was nothing to clean it with. We expected to rent the entire house as described on the listing however a portion of the house was another rental space, with a person snoring and keeping us up an entire night. I thought the listing to be misleading. I messaged the host directly, instead of writing a review initially, however I received no response...hence the review.
