Outstanding property, I was able to assign rooms/beds to family members traveling with 100% "customer" satisfaction! It's a lot of pressure being the organizer for a large group and the listing details were on the money. Great pool and beach area too. Easy peasy access. We cooked several large meals, shopped at the nearby Publix, and got fast delivery from a local favorites. There was one glaring item missed in the property description. Or maybe I missed it. TWO ICE MACHINES! Wow! Vital and appreciated. We had excellent communication from Kalos Dwellings. Thanks y'all for the great stay.- Stacy from Austin

There were some cleaning details that weren’t 100% and the AC wasn’t working initially, but the property managers were very communicative and helpful to get it solved! Great location with easy access to Rosemary, the beach, and shops! Hands down the best porch in the neighborhood!

Great space and location!

Overall, the property was ok. The lower level AC didn’t work during the duration of our stay and the floors were exceptionally dirty (we had to wear shoes in the house or the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt). Otherwise, the property was fine. We have stayed in quite a few properties in the area and this is not one we will come back to. The owners were responsive, but the property itself could use some maintenance and cleaning.
