Return renter. Pool convenient and very well cared for. Course was in excellent shape except the tees were cut too long. Priced higher than comparable properties due to recent upgrades.

Beautifully done unit in a perfect location. Steps to a pool from the back patio, and very close to the fitness center. John was a wonderful host - easy to contact via phone or text. Definitely would recommend this unit for those looking for a get away at the Desert Princess Country Club.

This unit was totally remodeled in 2024. Everything in it was replaced at that time. It is within the Desert Princess gated community. Maintenance of the community was outstanding. The property is 25 yards from the pool/hottub. 135 yards from a newly equipped fitness center. 175 yards from the driving range or tennis/pickleball center. Pro Shop is 250 yards. Renters get priority tee times and discounts. Restuarant attached to Pro Shop. Two double beds could have been larger.Easy to take 4 mile walks around the property, safe and secure.
