Perfect for families, this house has five bedrooms and all the modern comforts you need for a peaceful stay. You’ll enjoy a prime location right next to cycle paths and the promenade along the sea wall leading to the famous Phare des Baleines. Private parking is available in front of the property to make getting around easier.
The Space:
La Centrale de l'Île de Ré is delighted to offer this charming house, located just 50 metres from the sea and 200 metres from the beach near the Phare de Saint-Clément-des-Baleines.
There are plenty of parking spaces available on the street directly opposite the house.
This lovely house is ideally located close to the cycle paths and the sea wall promenade, which will take you to the Phare des Baleines lighthouse within just a few minutes on foot, as well as to the beach, approximately 200 metres away.
OUTDOORS :
The house features a large garden and a sunny terrace, offering a peaceful and very pleasant setting. You can even hear the sound of the sea from the garden. There is also a patio where you can enjoy meals in the shade, in a quiet setting overlooking the beautiful garden.
The property is also easily accessible by bicycle. You can park your bikes on the grounds via an access at the back of the garden, which leads directly onto the sea wall.
