Property, staffs, amenities, easy accessible from the highway

On our way back to Pune from Goa via Doodhsagar falls, we decided to take a break in between and Belagavi seemed to be the right city for that. ITC Welcome hotel is little outside of the city center, but a fantastic 5 star property with an impressive lobby and restaurant. Spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable room with nice balcony and mountain view with the windmills. Hotel provided extra mattress which was also very comfortable. Bathroom was huge and relaxing. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping provided whatever needed including extra waterbottles. Breakfast wa a standout with an exhaustive spread. Chef Vineet and team were on the toes to ensure a pleasant service. Nice clean pool though water was cold and a large gym which we enjoyed. Ample parking inside the property. Family loved the overall stay. Will definitely stay again enroute future trips to Goa and beyond. Only challenge was that there are no nice restaurants nearby however Hotel allowed food delivery apps to deliver food. Also there are no accomodation for the driver however, we were fortunate to find a small lodge on the main road about a km away. Ps. Belagavi has a old Belagavi fort with an ancient 12th century Jain temple and other temples.

Newly build, spacious room, good staff. Great place to visit. Few things need improvement to be Eco friendly. Glass water bottle instead plastic, handwash bottle instead soap, small coffee, sugar bottle instead sachet. Although food preparation and taste good, should use good quality vegetables like small size bhendi instead hard big size, cover maximum food with proper size plates for flies

Specious room, good food, courteous staff, good view, ample space and play area.
