Location, serenity and finishing

The staff or management of the particular I stayed in, lacks empathy and understanding of customer relationship

L’emplacement et la beauté de l’appartement

Le personnel ne passait pas pour faire le ménage

Everything. Just spent a few nights at Diamond in the City, Accra, and I'm still reeling from the experience! This apartment hotel is absolute perfection for both work and leisure. The ambience is sleek and modern, with stunning aesthetics that will leave you in awe. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was in a luxury retreat. The comfort level is off the charts - the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously designed to make you feel right at home. Whether you're in Accra for business or pleasure, Diamond in the City is the ultimate haven. Highly recommend!

Extra hours for late check out was ignored. No restaurant within the facility

Everything was cool for me just maybe an umbrella should be kept there cause it rained heavily and I needed to pick a package out so I had to force and pass through the rain
