Seamless checkin. Excellent communication, host is prompt, attentive and helpful. Free parking. Proximity to restaurants. Proximity to the Grotto.
Trash disposal. Lourdes has an excellent system wherein you’d need a card to open the bin, we weren’t aware of this so it was too late when we found out the card was in one of the drawers inside the apartment. So we drove home with our trash. Small inconvenience but worth noting for future guests to inquire in advance.
