Great location, great staff, delicious food, very nice beach, highly recommended.
Farha and Remon are excellent and definitely provide a great example of how customer service should be. Always attentive, they meet every request with a smile and “I can “ attitude, always acted promptly, pleasantly, and professionally.
Love all their staff, from the second you arrive till you leave, always met with greeting and smiles.
Gym should be on the beach not tucked back in the very first building.

The owner of the hôtel group has a huge villa complex with the best location
Overpriced
Staff were not up to standard apart from 2 staff dana and mina
No hot water
No plugs in the garden
Doors dont close properly
