The location was good for what I needed (was close to a festival down the road) - although if it was not for the local event, I would have found the location unsuitable. The hotel is on a winding road in the mountains and the area is quite dark and lonely.

The pool was well maintained, and the view was spectacular. The room was comfortable.

The carpet in the room is showing signs of being worn. There was a lot of noise through the early hours of the morning. The twin beds was made up with-out a top sheet. Our meals ordered at the restaurant did not arrive at the same time. Of the three main meals ordered two arrived at the same time and the grilled fish dish arrived just over 30 minutes later.

The room was very clean. The front desk staff were very pleasant and friendly.

We had a broken toilet seat the whole time we were there. I showed the front desk person what was wrong and asked 3 additional times when the toilet seat would be fixed. Got no answer. We were in the restaurant bar and asked for a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. Showed them it on the menu. They did not understand at first bringing us a Sauvignon Blanche. When they found a correct bottle, they opened it and it was vinegar. We informed the waiter, his response was I am an employee, I am not resposible for bottles. When asked to see a manager, no one ever showed. We paid for the bottle and left. I will not use the restaurant again because of this.
