We made this property out base in Monopoli for 4 nights. It was perfect for this. The location is the best - 3 mins to the trains, 2 mins to the local buses (Arbellobello, Castellana), 10 minutes to the buses to Locorotondo. Old town of Monopoli - straight street walk no more then 10 minutes. Supermarket nearby and a wonderful locat patticerrie for your perfect Italian breakfast just across the road! Also great Pizzeria only few steps away. The facilities of the room were perfect, kettle and tea provided, little fridge, storage drawers, tv - all you possibly need for a pleasant stay. Very soundproof room and comfortable bed. The owner - Paolo - was super helpful and that is what made our stay even more enjoyable. I would reccommend Dimora Minelli for the best location to explore Monopoli and beyond, excellent facilities and friendliest host.

Appena ristrutturato, molto pulito ma si sente la mancanza di una finestra. A piano terra troppo vicina alla strada, si sentono i rumori anche degli altri ospiti.
