As advertised, the unit we rented was very close to the beach (across the street). The breakfast was excellent and the staff were exceptionally helpful - would go back.
The internet could be sporadic at times but it served our needs.

The level of care and attention from Manos and Georgia was exceptional. From the moment we booked we were made to feel welcome and well looked after.

The location was great, but at night when people were in toxicated you could hear them making a noise, an access control door at the bottom of the staircase would help this.
The security, the smell from one of the rooms made all the rooms smell bad, like sewerage. Not all rooms had the same amenities we had two rooms, one had a duvet and the other didn’t, which wasn’t great on a cold night, had my kids in one room 3 of them in two beds with only one duvet. Previous guests had smoked in the room and the room smelled of smoke, having the aircon on didn’t help. The smell didn’t leave the room. Stricter policies would help this. There were no smoking signs anywhere. So if you are a non smoker it is a problem.
