Everything you need for a nice stay! My family thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities at the home, along with the quick drive to the beach. We will definitely be staying again soon!

Host was responsive. No trashcans in bedrooms which was inconvenient. Pool was dirty on arrival and cleaned the next afternoon. House was clean upon arrival.

Host was great, location was great, very accessible to everything in Marco Island. There were a few things about the house we didn’t love but it served its purpose well and has all the amenities necessary for a group in their 40s to enjoy. Just need more coffee pods next time!

Overall, we had a good stay, and the host was excellent to work with. Communication was prompt throughout our visit, and whenever we had an issue, the host responded quickly and did their best to address it. We also really appreciated that the home was well-equipped for families, with plenty of baby gear and toys for the kids, which made traveling much easier. The home itself is a bit dated, but it was functional and had what we needed. The biggest downside was the mosquito situation which seems to be worse in the house versus the rest of the town. This made it nearly impossible to enjoy the outdoor spaces, which was disappointing since those amenities were one of the reasons we booked the property. We also experienced mosquitoes inside the house and ended up purchasing multiple mosquito traps to make our stay more comfortable. If the mosquito issue is addressed, this would be a much more enjoyable property, especially for families looking to spend time outdoors.
