Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Gathering Place is wonderful and just what we needed for a family “gathering place” for us and our two college age kids. The entry and living area is light, open, and airy. Perfectly relaxing. Every surface was fresh and cleaned beautifully. Everyone has their own bathroom. The upstairs den/nook is a great place for some quiet solitude. Beds are comfy, the huge kitchen island is my favorite spot. Our terriers also loved being on vacation with us! The large downstairs is a perfect pup place. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house feels new and had so many good qualities. Kitchen had a variety of appliances that were pleasant surprises - blender, crockpot, lots of dishes, 3 different coffee makers (drip, Keurig and Nespresso). We could have used a larger frying pan but that's the only item lacking. Very close to the new pool and workout area. Loved having an outside shower as well. Plenty of parking. Location will be really attractive when the South Town Center is built. Not too far from a beach entrance and the larger pools. We would definitely rent this house again.
