This space is awsome and the guest house is also really good definitely recommend here if you are with a big group of people.

House was amazing! Backyard was perfect for our outdoor wedding.

We had a great weekend on the Cape at this property. It was perfectly spacious for our group and very conveniently located near everything. The bonus guest house was great for spreading out and would be nice for those who go to bed early. The yard was great for corn hole and had messaged the host about bringing wood for the fire pit. The host was extremely communicative and very helpful in returning an item that was left at the property. We did not end up needing the pet friendly option but could tell the yard would be so nice for a pet to be able to run around safely. Thank you for hosting us!

Plus: House very clean, property manager was quite friendly and got right back to me on my questions, nice to have a big back yard to hang out in with fence for privacy. Appreciated being able to bring our dog! Easy driving distance to beaches, restaurants, Hyannis harbor, etc.Considerations: Fence was old and rotten wood in places with lots of broken slots. Because of this we kept our dog on leash at all times when we were out back for fear he'd easily "exit" the yard through any one of these openings. Renters should be aware the house is a mile from Main Street in town center. We like to walk, so this wasn't a problem for us. Not the property manager's fault, but neighbors across the street were very noisy and used rude language that we could hear. House is near Barnstable Airport so planes frequently flying low over house.
