Great location to Venice Marina!! Perfect end of day dinner at Chance’s that Gordon Ramsey advocated for (less than 2 minute drive from house). Comfort, Cleanliness and Care have gone into the long-term maintenance of this home! Look forward to referring and staying at this location again for future charters. Tons of space for groups, families, and adventurers alike!

I really wish I could give this a perfect review but I feel other renters need to be prepared before arriving. The room considered as the master doesn’t have a closet or space to store your clothes. It’s strange that the other two rooms have closets. There’s no TV’s in the bedrooms. The wasps/hornets are horrible at the front door. Cooking prep items are limited - bring bowls to prep your fish for frying. Beds should be bigger, it’s a challenge for a couple to sleep in one bed together and my husband and I aren’t big people. But space the space is very clean!

Great spot. Perfect location because of its proximity to the Marina.
