The location was perfect! There was a lot of room.
There were ants in the kitchen, no trash cans in the bathrooms, the bathrooms has not been cleaned. The air conditioner in the larger bedroom is super loud and the shower nozzle for the water temp isn’t secured at all. I had to wipe down the wall next to the toilet due to there being some “dirty stuff” on them. I also had to clean dried toothpaste spit off of the faucet in that bathroom as well that wasn’t ours.

The place was very large with enough room for the whole family. The beds are comfortable. Staff is very responsive and friendly. We had 2 air conditioners not working when we arrived and the maintenance man had them replaced in an hour.
There is no dressers or hangers to unpack your luggage. No garbage can in the bathrooms. No broom to clean up loose sand. Only 1 tv (none in the bedrooms). The coffee pot does not go to the coffee maker so just pours out of the machine onto the counter if you walk away. And lastly having a bunk bed in the master bedroom which should be the room with the queen was questionable.

The space and location are great!!
They need to fix several things, exhaust fan and light, back staircase, smoke detectors, and kitchen doesnt even have a full set of silverware, or measuring cups, or many dishes. A broom or vacuum would also be helpful to keep up with the sand.

The location was great
The one bedroom smell like mildew. The back bedroom and bathroom had ant’s galore. Could have place an air conditioner in the living room instead of the kitchen.
