Excellent location, very closed to Broadway and beach. Enough parking lots and convenient.
The carpets, chairs, sofas, and some bed covers were quite dirty. The air conditioner intake vent next to the dining table had a significant buildup of dust (which could easily be resolved with a quick vacuuming). There are no toilet paper holders in any of the restrooms.

We absolutely love the location of this property, the host was very responsive. The property is very big great for families two bedrooms on the second floor one bedroom on the third floor, which is great for parents that don’t wanna hear kids lol when they’re sleeping. The location is one block from the beach and there is also an outdoor bathroom on the boardwalk.
This unit is pretty bare bones. There was no vacuum cleaner no broom no cleaning supplies. I am a person that likes to clean my space pretty much every single day so that was hard for me. They did a drop off a broom for me so I could at least sweep the floor floors. It could definitely use some updating some fresh paint. There were screens that were out of the windows. The closet doors weren’t attached and definitely shower liners, but other than that loved it.

This was an amazing place to stay for my best friends bachelorette party! We all enjoyed the place! It was way past our expectations! We would go again! It was around all the best places to eat!

Property location was very convenient and nice to have parking on premises even if a little tight. Easy to find and access, and was clean on arrival.
Property overall seemed nice, but has clearly taken a bit of a beating. Stained carpet and furniture, marks on the walls, broken blinds, shaky tables and bunk beds, ant traps in the kitchen (only saw a couple). Overall it got the job done, but wouldn’t likely book again unless everything got fixed up. Also the lack of response from the listed point of contact was frustrating.
