The host was very friendly and helpful. He lives just next door, so if you have any queries, don't be afraid to ask him. You have all of the basics for living there that you need. The automatic shutters for the windows are a nice touch, help keeps the heat from the outside coming in and gives you a nice bit of privacy.
Location is alright, there's shops down the road with a 3-4 minute walk. There's a general store, tobacconist, off licence for alcohol and a lovely cafe. Just keep in mind it's a bit far from the city centre, which is my fault to be fair. There are buses inward towards the metro then metro to the centre. Just be aware it's a brave distance from the city. Uber and Bolt services are available here aswell.
