I loved my stay at Central Club Hotel! The hotel and room were clean and tidy, and it was located in a great spot with a tram stop outside, which made getting around super easy. Accessing the hotel was easy with text communication (no staff onsite).
The only thing was I was located on level one with a street light outside of my window, and even with the roller blinds and curtains, there was still some light coming into the room at night.

Amazing location! Directly opposite Victoria Markets and a tram stop so easy access to CBD + walking distance if you want to get some steps in. Modern, comfy, 10/10! Refreshments were a great bonus.
Wasn’t sure how to get clean towels. Towels were only swapped on day 1 as the bathroom flooded (owners quickly helped!).

great location, good facilities
bits of hair left in the bathroom and on the clean bed. We confirmed before arriving that we can store our bags before check in anytime after 10, at 10:40 we arrived to store our bags and no one was picking up the phone or could help us until 12, however then our room was ready and we could early check in

I really really loved the location. Everything you need is nearby and walked straight to the cbd in less than a couple minutes. For the location I thought the insulation in rooms was PERFECT! literally you couldn’t hear the noise from outside/trams.
My partner and I found more than 5+ hairs in the toilet room, which was a bit disappointing as we were just checkin in. Then, in the shower glass there was many finger prints and you could easily see it wasn’t clean.
