Tesisin konumu merkezi alanları bir nebze uzak olsa da otelin içi, imkanları, tesis özellikleri, yemekleri Kokteylleri ,özellikle personelleri harikaydı. Odalar günde iki kez temizleniyordu, açık büfe esnasında servis kaşıkları defalarca değiştiriliyordu. Hiçbir eksiklik hissetmiyorsunuz, sadece dinlenip keyif yapıyorsunuz. Bir yorumda okumuştuk jazz amaluna Otel’de kendinizi kral ve kraliçe gibi hissediyorsunuz diyorlardı gerçekten tam olarak bu şekilde. Çalışanlar misafirlerin gözlerinin içine bakıyor her daim yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. özellikle king of the cockteyl dediğimiz Michael(Miko), yine bize mükemmel kokteyller hazırlayan Alex, Alfa, resepsiyonda bize her daim yardımcı olan Catherine, super bomba olan eğlence patronu İsa, Müdür Memelian, Naomy, Julies, Hamida, Nkuba ya sonsuz teşekkür ederiz.

We had an amazing stay at Jaz Amaluna! Everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, modern, and brand new, which is no surprise as the hotel has only recently opened. The entire hotel grounds are stunning, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. We booked the all-inclusive package, and the food was fantastic! Everything was delicious, and we especially appreciated the variety, with a different menu every day. There was always something new to try, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Hani, the General Manager, for making our stay so wonderful. He was incredibly supportive, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. His personal attention and genuine care made us feel truly welcome and valued as guests. Jaz Amaluna is a beautiful new hotel with excellent food, stunning surroundings, and outstanding hospitality. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday! Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Hani, for making our stay so special. We would love to come back!

The most beautiful gardens, everything is so well looked after. Food is exceptional and rooms are spacious. The cocktails are delicious too!! Pool is sparking and so refreshing We appreciated the surprise cake for our honey moon !

Only thing that bothered us was the doors closing rather loudly every morning woke us up each day with big bangs.
