Very convenient and definitely better than a hotel! Especially with two little kids and 4 adults!!

Proximity to Charlotte City + biking infrastructure, highly recommend for someone looking to feel like a local

Located in a nice neighborhood, a couple miles drive to most things. Coffee was provided and the host was fantastic!

Mattress seems a little dated

Location, rate per night was very good,

We were moved to a new unit the day before due to an overbooking, so this isn’t the actual unit that we stayed in. The original photos showed games, however, we didn’t have any but that was fine. The towels are microfiber. I would recommend replacing those, they are very tiny and do not do the purpose of drying one’s body.. I needed a ironing board and iron and it was delivered within three hours. The broken down Mustang directly in front of the unit is an eyesore. I would recommend moving that. Lastly, add fans in the upstairs as the vents do not push out air at all with Summer coming. It’s going to be very hot in Charlotte..
