Very comfortable bed. Room very clean and well appointed. Lovely bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay.
TV didn't work and this wasn't resolved during my stay, which was a shame as I really wanted somewhere to relax after my daily hikes and booked somewhere with a TV especially. Shower was difficult to get to correct temperature.

We had arrived early in the morning and the receptionist helped us receive an early check in. He was also very helpful to offer room cleaning and new amenities.
The location was good for us and there's taxis, cafes and shops very near by.
The room and especially the shower/toilet could use some upgrading, paint and extra cleaning.
The room is not soundproof at all. You can hear everything that goes on in the next room, the corridor and the common area downstairs. It was really disturbing at night.
The fridge in the room was broken down and not working.

Great hospitality and great food. Mr. Sharan was an exceptional host to our group, he helped us with exploration as well.
Check in could be smoother and quicker if its made completely offline.

Very clean. And polite staff
Too much noise. There was a family playing games loudly late in the night.
Also cafe is not available, but this wasn't mentioned in the original listing while booking.
