simple accommodation with quite a lot of weak points

enough storage possibilities in the apartment

The agency contacted me at 17:45 the day before our long journey to upload the IDs and pay the tourist tax for all travelers. The system asks for selfies of all travelers, it is quite a long process and it is definitely a bit too late to have to do it while you try to prepare for the journey the next day. Finding the exact house/apartment was not straightforward, it belongs to a condominium and in fact it is located on the premises of a resort. So there is no house number according to which you could find it. The waste management is difficult, there are no bins outside so you either bring your rubbish on the side of the road in front of the resort on selected days or you bring it to the so-called ísola ecologica (recycling center), 8 minutes driving (1 way). On the day of your check-out, you are asked to take away all your rubbish (despite the 100 EUR cleaning fee!) but it is not always possible since the opening times of the recycling center are quite limited and they do not necessarily have to match your needs (flight times etc.). Our plastic rubbish was refused at the recycling center a couple of days before our departure (the recycling chain got disrupted, not our fault), so we have left some plastic rubbish behind. We have got a nasty message from the agency afterwards. There are two nice terraces, both get littered in a matter of hours from the dozens of pigeons living on the roof so we have not used them at all for dinners or similar. The beds are squeaky and mattrasses are on the thin side and not comfortable.
