Château de Sancy

The hotel was in a good location as expected but there were few things that could have been better. The choice of breakfast was limited especially for the kids. There was only one choice of cereal and croissants. From the hot breakfast it was only scrambled eggs, disappointing especially that I love hot breakfast. Also the sauna was switching off all the time as well as the steam room. The staff were nice but I do think that they had limited offers to guests. The cleaning could have been much better. A lot of webs as well as dead flies. Outdoor tenis court wasn’t ready to use. We enjoyed the nice beds and spacious rooms situated in the quiet area of Meaux, but as I’ve mentioned before everything was limited.I would go back if they fix those details.

Ok

This beautiful chateau makes you feel like you are staying in the remote French countryside, and yet you are only 30 minutes from the heart of Paris. It is a gorgeous facility, with lots of modern amenities, but alas — no air conditioning. The lovely receptionist gave us two fans for our room, which helped. I would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom was spacious with luxurious towels. A robe and swimming towel was provided for the pool, which was functional, but rather unloved much like to chateau itself (it needs a bit of love).
