Some positives and negatives Location was beautiful. The house was very roomy and we enjoyed the space and beauty of the views. It was very peaceful and quiet. Close to many restaurants and stores for any needs. The negatives include The house and deck were older than expected from pictures. One of the downstairs bathrooms had chipped tiles in the shower. Deck/ dock had a good amount of nails and split wood. The main issue was lack of basic things. We have rented numerous houses for vacations and they all supplied the majority of needs especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was no extra linens, toilet paper, paper towels, pot holders… Salt and pepper was near empty as well. The grill needed cleaned before we could use it and sun umbrella was broken and did not work as well. Also we had to buy batteries for tv remotes. Parking was very limited and when I asked for an hour late check out …. they did not permit it. The negatives are simple things that could easily be addressed. Overall we enjoyed it and its beautiful location.

We chose this home for our annual family vacation and it did not disappoint! An absolutely fantastic property and well managed!
