THE SPACE
Apartment features:
- Fully equipped kitchenette with induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator so you can prepare your favorite meals during your stay.
- Air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature even on the hottest days.
- Washer-dryer available for your convenience and to help you travel light.
- Nespresso machine to enjoy a delicious Italian coffee as soon as you wake up.
- Free Wi-Fi to stay connected and access all the information you need.
- Comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work (which can also be used as a bed for a child if needed).
- Private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal outdoors.
- Bathroom with a window and a shower to start your day with a pleasant, refreshing shower.
Three days before your arrival, you’ll be sent a link to register your documents (required by law).
As soon as registration is complete, you’ll receive a second link, complete with a video and instructions, so you can access the apartment completely on your own via self-check-in.
We recommend that you watch the video before arriving at the property.
Requests are always required for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.
We can also arrange in-person check-ins, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance.
In-person check-ins cost 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m. Self-check-ins, including late check-ins, are always free.
During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information about your stay in Milan.
Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, if you’re checking in person, you’ll need to make arrangements regarding the time.

This is by far one of the most beautiful and welcoming places I’ve stayed at. Check-in process was very easy and upon entering the apartment I felt cared for. The host left a gift for me along with some pastries on the table and Prosecco in the fridge! The place is even better than the photos on the listing. The cute balcony was perfect to enjoy a coffee in the morning and enjoy my Prosecco after coming back from a long day of sightseeing. The host also left neatly folded towels and even slippers for me along with some chocolates. The apartment was equipped with everything I could possibly need, including cleaning products for laundry and dishwasher. The location is exactly what I wanted, just a street down from the Duomo and other iconic places. I am very happy to have stayed here and look forward to coming back. I absolutely recommend this place!

Everything from check in to check out was great! The web link they send you at the end of the registration process even has videos to show you how to get in to the room from the street. The apartment was wonderful, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Just a five minute walk from the Duomo! There are places to eat and things to do all around you. Highly recommend!
