Great views from the house, location very close to the best beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Would suggest if you travel here that you try to find this beautiful house during the day since roads are steep.

This pretty cottage is set amidst a beautiful botanical garden high up on Luck Hill. We watched the sun rise over Brewers bay and sail boats bob in the harbor all from bed. The cogui sang us to sleep each night!
