The location is wonderful. Love this building and the unit is wonderfully renovated in the new beach motif but not over done. There is a room on main floor… nice for those that can’t do stair and two upstairs. Management is extremely responsive. Had a simple issue and they can right away to correct. I highly recommend this unit and will be back!!!

This was the best property on Amelia island. The family had a great time. We never needed or wanted for anything. The property had it all.
