Marketed as "Walk to SUU!" is a signal for College kids. It's a basement pad with a long staircase going down. Not ideal for post-College age folks. We're still capable of handling these situations. Cosy and comfy. That is all.

Charming apartment, fully renovated and comfortable. Lots of helpful details like light switch labels and thoughtful items like soft cloths for makeup removal.

It was close to campus which was nice. I was surprised to discover that we hadn't rented the house; it was just a basement apartment.
