Timber Ridge condos offer the perfect location for relaxing with family and

friends in a spacious, comfortable, well-appointed residence. Whip up a snack

in your full gourmet kitchen, curl up on the couch by the fire and watch the

snow fall, or walk to the nearby village center for dining and shopping. These

three-bedroom townhomes are the ideal home base for families and groups.

This high-end 3 Bedroom / 3 ½ Bath residence features a king bed and private

bath w/Jacuzzi tub and shower in the master, each of the other two rooms has a

private bath, one has two twin-over-twin bunks, and the other has a queen bed.

Your private balcony looks toward Red Cliffs and the Kirkwood Meadow. The

gourmet kitchen and roomy, open floor plan offer plenty of space for all your

family and friends. Other amenities include a two-car tandem garage, washer &

dryer, foosball table, chess/checkers table, and of course wireless internet.

Magical, raw, expansive and remote. Kirkwood is the stuff of legend. With

more annual snowfall than any other resort in the Tahoe region and some of

North America's most diverse and challenging terrain, Kirkwood provides a

fulfilling on-mountain experience and a unique sense of belonging. Adventurers

of all ages are welcomed to Kirkwood by the embrace of pristine nature and our

close-knit mountain community.
