Overall the place was perfect. View of the parking lot was not the greatest but we were aware of this when we rented the place. Location was great. Easy access to the beach, town, etc

Clean and convenient location. great beach access!

Very nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Your description on the website said “just bring beach towels, a hairdryer and a fun in the sun attitude.“ What it should’ve said was just bring beach towels, a hairdryer, soap for the dishwasher, trash bags, cleaning products, a new toilet flush valve, lightbulbs for the bathrooms and the micowave surface light, and a lampshade for the living room. The description should’ve also noted that the upstairs bathroom was a jack and Jill bathroom shared by the two bedrooms and the second full bath was downstairs in the living areaWe have to give kudos to the maintenance team for repairing the upstairs toilet once they were notified that the toilet was broken. However, it did surprise us that the condo was not properly prepared before our arrival.Ocean Villas is a beautiful community with great pools and great beach access. Its location is convenient to shopping as well as restaurants. It is a short drive to downtown Saint Augustine. We will definitely plan on returning to Ocean Villa, however, we will likely look for another unit.
