The house was clean, the backyard felt big and private.

The house was great for a group of 8 guys. Pool was a great temperature, everything was in great shape. There was sufficient kitchen utensils, appliances, etc to make food. The game room was a favorite of the group's. TV's are nice as well.Only thing that was a negative was that we arrived in the afternoon of trash day. Trash cans were completely full. I messaged the host and they had us just leave the bags on the side next to garbage which was totally fine. I highly recommend. Great for families with kids or adults.

Perfect property for a bunch of former college roommates to get together and celebrate turning 50. We enjoyed the pool, the fireplace, and the game room. The decor is lovely, the beds were comfy, and it was not too far from all the things we wanted to do in San Diego.
