Good area, enough facilities, convenient.

Shin Hotel's location can't be beat. Very convenient to Maya and Nimman road. Hotel is good, with lots of space in the family room. But the bed was the hardest I've slept on and it's noisy, next to a busy street. Personally, I wouldn't stay again, even though it's very convenient.

SHIN Hotel Nimman is value for money for anyone visiting Chiang Mai with the specific goal of spending as little as possible indoors except to sleep. Great location and great price. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that the shower in our room wasn't draining water fast enough so leading to standing water while showering. I would still stay here on my next visit to Chiang Mai as this is value for money.

The room had ants that got into our bed and our bags. The shower had a lot of mold, and water pressure wasn’t very good. However, the location was very close to the Maya shopping center, and we were able to store our bags under the front stairs before and after check out.
