Pluspunten: - Hele grote kamer met groot en fijn bed. - Badkamer met hele fijne douche (wel kleine wastafel) - Goed werkende airco - Vriendelijk personeel. - Groot en schoon zwembad (maar wel koud) - Gratis flesjes water

Minpunten: - Locatie is een ver buiten het centrum en van goede restaurants dus altijd Yandex nodig. - Het ontbijt is wel voldoende, maar is niet heel goed.

Really like a king palace. New hotel, perfect and helpful staff and great breakfast. The swimming pool is very big.

The only issue is, that the room is a little bit smaller.

The hotel is new, nicely decorated, and feels fresh compared to many older places in Samarkand. It has a beautiful backyard with a pool, a lovely spot to sit and relax after sightseeing.

In Uzbekistan, tourists must be registered by each hotel, and without the paperwork you can face huge fines when leaving the country. This hotel never gave us the required registration papers and ignored three of my messages afterwards. The spa costs 50 USD per person per hour, which is an extremely high and unrealistic price for Uzbekistan. On top of that, there was a big gap under the door, so it felt like every conversation in the corridor was happening right next to our bed. Families were arguing, doors were slamming, and people were running around most of the night. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary here, and we still ended up being woken up at least 5–6 times. A very disappointing experience.
