Radisson Collection Hotel & Spa, Riverfront Srinagar

Best location , it was a surprise for me, the lobby was amazing , the staff and spread of food at sapphire restaurant . Late evening coffee wow . Indoor outdoor joint pool , gym everything was exceptional , the staff was very courteous , Omar spend time listing to my world tour experiences for 45 mins . I mean who does that but he was sitting and chatting with me . The morning lady at customer welcome in lobby , I wish I would have known her name to write here . She has so much of warmth , over all 10/10 marks to this property . I travelled the whole of India and the world to vacations and must say this hotel experience is in likes of st Regis abudhabi , Sofitel the plam jumeriah or Marriot of walligama Srilanka , brand new property everything is super high class in really low prices . One more thing . Everything is so spacious the lobby the walkways the dinning hall the rooms . I was so happy that spend tips there like crazy . One time a security guy saw me walking towards the lobby from parking area he started walking 4 steps ahead of me till the end just to open the door for me . Ohhhh . No way this much of courtesy . Memorable ….

Few areas I saw crack in wash basin table top and toilets seats , it’s should be flawless for such a high standard hotel , but honestly nothing to improve .
