We went in the summer so it’s not very busy which is nice. The onsen is spacious and relaxing. The room is clean and beautiful.
The hotel buffet dinner isn’t that nice, there was no sashimi, which I thought it should be quite normal to have sashimi since we’re in Japan.

By far my favorite hotel during our trip to Sapporo (we stayed in 5 hotels). The view of Mount Yotei was spectacular. It was so calming and serene. The staff were great, the room and hotel was clean. I love the hot/cold plunge and sauna at onsen. Just perfect. Oh and convenience of coin laundry was a plus. Lastly, I love having tea and snack at the lounge! Love it.
The parking spaces were limited. We lucked out with taking one last spot, so didn’t run into any issues, but can see how it’d be a problem.

buffet was very nice, lots of choices, enjoyed the food, loved the laundry machines, parking lot a bit off, not sure why it isn't paved better for guests but not a huge problem, loved the bathtub and hot spring water!
no bench in the gym not great, steamer in room didn't work, irons better, lounge was nice option but food options need work, normally have real food instead of a 1-inch square for dinner? overall we did love the hotel

The room was clean and the location was good, close to the activities meet up place.
The front desk staff spoke little English. The onsen was small. The breakfast and dinner buffet restaurant was too small with a limited selection of food.
