Room was quite nice, and rooftop pool was excellent

Some of the towels were dirty

The room was more than worth the money we spent. All clean and tidy. Also Mr. Arman was very helpful. Whatever requests we give, Mr Arman helped to clear it as fast as possible and he was very cooperative. The pool access was one of the best in the hotel.

The plumbing systems in the room found little bad. As leaks are there in the toilets.

Very good location

Too many foreigners 😅

We booked and paid for a three-bedroom unit, but there were only two actual bedrooms. The “third bedroom” was simply a bed placed in the living room with an open-concept layout, which was not what we expected. We felt misled by the listing. In addition, the cleanliness could be improved. The kitchen sink and toilets were not very clean upon arrival. The towels looked worn and should be replaced, and the sofa and chairs are old and would also benefit from being changed. I hope the owner takes this feedback positively and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.
