Dian Hotel & Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very convenient, close to the beach, shops, and cafes. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the reception is open 24/7. The view from our window was absolutely stunning. We wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly, room are clean and nice

Only one thing I didn't like was they didn't let me know ahead of time that the room I booked wasn't available. They just let me know when I arrived, so I guess for a change if the room booked by your customer is not available you should let them know even 1hr or 2hr before the customer is coming, tho I got the right room next day. But its just that hassle to move around since I was too busy that time and the time I need to move to new room i just fell asleep for an hr so its kinda hassle for me. and the room that they gave me on the first day was cheaper than the room that I booked however they made it up using paying my car going to the airport when I check out.

Spaciousness and service

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I asked for a quiet room and the room I was given was on street side with 2 very loud venues that played music until the early morning and one that played music into the next day almost every night. Never had a warm shower for the month I was there.
