A fantastic stay. We enjoyed the charming apartment and the rustic rooftop terrace that became absolutely magical in the evening with nice distant view to the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur. We liked the local area very much (nice restaurants , good atmosphere and all) and we had good access to Paris as a whole through the Metro («République»).

This is ok to know; The pictures of the flat on Booking.com are way more polished than the actually flat. The terrace is quite shabby with minimal flowers and no nice funiture and nips as seen on pictures (for instance), but has great potential (needs an serious upgrade). There is not nearly so many books and nice things in the flat as seen in the pictures, and in the photos the apartment appears much more styled than it is in real life (A.I.-generated?). There is no standard bathroom in the apartment. The bath is combined with the master bedroom with the shower\tub built into the wall. The toilet is in a small space in the floor beneath with a big step up (in the kitchen departement). But no problem for us, though. The carpet in the livingroom needs vacuuming (easy to fix!). The kitchen tap works but should be fixed (it’s very loose). So maybe time for a little maintenance - upgrade - session? The small elevator i probably best for luggage only, but ok. The correspondencewit the hoasts is fine and informative (and trustworthy), but I suspect most answers are A.I.-generated, but you can easely reach the hosts by telephone, I guess - but there was no need for that for us. We liked the stay anyway ... but the flat could easely have been refreshed.

The apartment is beautiful with a best view of Eiffel tower and Monmartre

Einzigartig und wunderschön, viel Platz und ideale Lage
