Wow! What an amazing place for a bachelorette party—right in the heart of 6th Street! This wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience!The house is huge and such a unique piece of architecture and history. I’ll echo what others have said: this is a GREAT place for groups looking to celebrate. Don’t expect brand-new everything. Part of the charm is the character, history, and originality of the property.The house was clean, spacious, and full of personality. The host was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.And yes, this is ON 6th Street. There is music, there are crowds, and there is nightlife. That’s exactly why many people book it!The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, the back bedroom was definitely the quietest, and the pool was the perfect temperature. My favorite surprise was the gated front porch—we spent hours there with cocktails, people-watching and soaking in the Austin energy.I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable celebration. Also, a huge thank you to the owners for opening up such a cool and unique space. We made memories this weekend that we’ll be laughing about for years, and places like this make those kinds of weekends possible. Thanks for trusting a bunch of women on a bachelorette party with your house—we did our best to make mostly good decisions.

Absolutely wonderful stay for my brothers bachelor's party. The rental is unique and has so much character. There was coffee and snacks provided. The pool was so fun and relaxing.And the host communication was amazing. 5 out 5!
