Boutique Living Hotel

Stanza molto pulita, attrezzata e spaziosa. Posizione dell’hotel ottima a pochi passi da Piazza della Repubblica. Non abbiamo potuto provare la colazione in quanto veniva servita a partire dalle 8.30 ma avevamo necessità di uscire prima.

Hotel is located close to all the major attractions The room was extremely spacious with all the amenities that you would need for a quiet stay Breakfast was varied and catered for every need. Eric on reception was extremely helpful and organised a transfer for us. We were unable to have breakfast one morning but the young guy on reception organised a takeaway breakfast box. All the staff were very friendly. Overall we were really impressed with this hotel.

Nothing

Nice and clean. Good location!

The ambience was great

The staff was totally unaware of customer service . Also they didn’t want to give us our invoice for the payment we made . Although we confirmed the breakfast to be added at an extra cost, one gentleman crossed us in front of other guests the first morning . Room was not cleaned
