Excellent location as we were attending meetings at the Convention Centre. An easy walk to some lovely restaurants and parklands. The unit was quiet and private, very clean with everything we needed.

Took a bit of finding but secure place

A bottles of water would have been great upon arrival

Comfortable facilities in an excellent location

Check-in and subsequent communication with Host stay. As 2 disabled older women we requested either a place to leave luggage or earlier check in than 3pm. Were told to ask on the day. We were denied the request so waited for 2 hours in a nearby cafe until 3… then walked to the lock box - one block from the location to find no key. Then waited 40 minutes after check in time - standing with luggage and mobility access equipment until the cleaner arrived with the key. Rang the emergency number 3 times. Each time was advised they would call me back with information and they never did… it was only through repeated calling/texting that I found out the cleaner was on the way.
