Surrounded by mountains! Very quiet and peaceful. Decor was so pretty and thoughtful. All the necessities were provided.

This studio was completely as described. Parking right out front, nice back patio with hot tub and comfy furniture with a great view of the cliffs. King bed and two bunk beds with nice thick mattresses. Keurig coffee maker and coffee available. Drip coffee maker also available (bring own grounds). Full size stacked washer and dryer. Large bathroom with double sinks outside shower and toilet room. Orderville is small, so you aren't very close to restaurants / food, but we took a 20 minute drive to Kanab for dinner. Worth it! Great place to stay after day in Zion on our way to Bryce.

We had an amazing stay! Due to ongoing work at the property, we were kindly offered an upgrade to a fantastic loft, and it was absolutely incredible. The loft was huge, beautifully arranged, spacious, and extremely comfortable, honestly, much more than we expected. The upgrade made our stay even more special, and we really appreciated the thoughtfulness and hospitality. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the place had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Clean and well-kept studio with all the things we expected/wanted. This is located on a quiet area, and looks like a new development. The owners proactively provided a lot of information ahead of the stay so we were prepared for the address not being locatable using Google Maps. They also informed about how to get into the studio which is above a 2 car garage, and the tasks to be completed prior to checkout.

3 main things we disliked: 1) the way to the house is unpaved and not easily locatable using Google maps. 2) the water heating unit in the studio (in the room next to the bedroom) was making loud noises most of the night, so we constantly kept waking up at night. 3) need a lock to the studio itself (not just the main door) that can be locked by the renter. Someone getting in through the garage could access the rented space (bypassing the main door). This made the rental feel unsafe.
