We had a wonderful stay in Loveland! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This property was very well kept in a quiet residential neighborhood. The interior accommodations were amazing and very clean. We also enjoyed the small front porch area for sitting outside. This property is about 1 hour drive from Estes Park and 2 RMNP entrances. We enjoyed the convenience of using Loveland as our RMNP hub... without all the other tourists! We highly recommend this property!

One of the most nicely equipped places we have stayed. Very comfortable beds, very clean and homey. The host was excellent about communicating with us and check in and out were very easy.

When my oldest daughter & I walked in, the floor was really gross. The floor had dog hair, food, dirt and crumbs everywhere. I had to sweep it up. The rug under the coffee table was dirty and needed vacuumed. My 11 month old’s feet were really dirty from walking around bare foot. Someone in the park was shooting off fireworks between 12:45-1 in the morning our last night there. The bed in the upstairs bedroom to the left was really comfortable but when I laid on the other one where my daughter slept, it was kind of uncomfortable, it was hard. The townhouse was newly remodeled. On August 11th I sent a message asking for the brand of the mattress we slept on. The owner told me that he would let me know later that day and I’m still waiting for that response.
