Escape to this charming 2-bedroom apartment in Sea Point, offering the perfect base to enjoy the best of Cape Town. The apartment is nestled in a brand-new building just a stone's throw away from the popular Sea Point Promenade. The V&A Waterfront is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and a scenic 10-15 minute drive takes you to Table Mountain. Alternatively, take a stroll or drive down to the world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches.
The space:
Our apartment is perfect for families, friends, couples, or business travelers, looking for a comfortable and stylish home away from home.
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, perfect for those longer stays. The cozy bedrooms have block-out blinds for a great night's sleep, and the lounge offers a comfortable designer's touch opening onto a stunning balcony area equipped with a braai and seating enough to host family.
For those working remotely, our space offers privacy. We also provide unlimited Wi-Fi, and during load shedding, our UPS ensures that the Wi-Fi continues to run uninterrupted.
The balcony offers a peaking view of Lion's Head and is the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset in the evening. Our apartment is conveniently located next to the main road and a stone's throw from the Sea Point Promenade and Table Mountain, two of Cape Town's most iconic landmarks.
Our apartment is situated in a great location, close to popular restaurants, cafes, and shops, such as Jason's Bakery and Giovanni's. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, our apartment offers comfort and convenience.

Very nice property inside! And large outdoor living space as well. Unfortunately there is no A/C and so the windows must be kept open all the time. And since it is on the 1st floor, there was a lot of noise from people on the street level until very late at night and into the early morning (~2am).
