The house was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay there. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and the swing on the dock! The grands enjoyed the pool. Hopefully we'll be able to come stay again!

The home was nice. Beds were comfortable. The furniture is not the most comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside and it was beautiful by the pool. It was not that warm to go in the pool but very nice to be outside no bugs!

We all really enjoyed our stay at the Collinson Sea Stone home in Palm Coast this past week. There is so much there to enjoy and they have everything you need to do so. Sitting down by the canal fishing was very relaxing, and although it was a little chilly this time of year, I can only imagine how nice the enclosed pool would be in the summer. With the driveway shaped like it was it felt a little private which we liked. We didn’t have the chance to fully enjoy it as we were in the area for just a few days for my father’s memorial service. Our only complaint would be that the water pressure was not strong at all. I hope somehow they can increase the pressure. Otherwise, we absolutely have no other complaints. It’s an awesome home and hope we get the chance to go back someday.

Overall nice home but had issues with the pool not heating as expected in spite of several calls and paying extra to have it heated. It never got warm until the final few days we were there after a tech was sent to check the heater. They did refund us the charges for heating which was nice but it was disappointing that we were only able to swim about 3 of the 30 days we were there - and we specifically wanted (and paid for) a house with a private pool. There are no lounge chairs by the pool so be sure to bring your own. The living room furniture was nice to look at but extremely uncomfortable to sit in. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated and well stocked. This house is not as close to the beach as the listing indicates.
