This is a lovely condo for the price. The kitchen was very convenient for making meals, some dirty dishes but nothing that couldn't be easily washed before use. No view of the beach from the balcony but was still a nice place to sit and chill between running to the beach or at the end of the night. The host communication was great they answered quickly to all questions or concerns. Overall a great place and right on the beach!

The place was fine and location was fine. The only thing I suggest for the condo is a fresh coat of Paint for the Front door! It is an disappointment and concern when you see the door for what lies behind it, a red flag to what you paid for. Take pride in your place from the first impression.

A lot of work still going on in complex, as well as surrounding area..no mention of that at booking. Corner unit beach front, is what I thought we had. Our view was looking directly at the complex next door…overall location was close to food and entertainment, that was great.AFTER BOOKING, it was not VRBO, it was ITRIP, communication was not the same…
