When I arrived, the unit had a broken lock box for the key that didn't stay shut, so was not secure. It was quite clean and the sheets were clean but had some spots on them that looked like blood - the unit could use new sheets. The larger of the two sets of window blinds is broken, so the bottom veins do not close nor do they cover the bottom of the window. The sofa seemed very old and lumpy - only one side was comfortable for sitting. Lighting in the unit is poor for working at night at the table. And it would be nice if there was a box of kleenex someplace. On the other hand, it was great to have the parking pass (finding street parking is very difficult, which I knew it would be), the shower was good, the location was good for what I needed to do, and the host was quick to respond - a good communicator.

The host was very welcoming; responding promptly and thoroughly to questions. The apartment was as advertised, it was clean and well stocked. The building is well lit and felt secure. It was quiet - no noise from other tenants. Proximity to train, restaurants and shopping is fantastic.

Host was great, place super convenient; couch serviceable but a bit uncomfortable. In room laundry never used but super convenient.

Easy to get around.
