Property was just as advertised. Everything worked as it should. Home was comfortable and fairly clean, except the carpets could use a deep cleaning. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Simple check in and out.

Great spacious house with excellent proximity to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Comfortable bedding and clean home. One caveat, the BBQ that we were expecting to use was extremely dirty so we did not use it for that reason. Yes I feel that the house was reasonably priced, but not cheap by any means for that I would expect to have some gas for the grill but if nothing else, the grill should be clean. Other than that very nice property.

House was as described. It could definitely use a good deep cleaning like kitchen chairs, sofa, exterior cupboards and island tray were all visibly dirty. Fridge, dishes, sheets, and bathrooms were very clean. In great need of some touch up paint and deep clean but put towels down and honestly didn’t stay indoors much as the neighborhood, beach, weather, was perfection. Also there were some cigarette butts in the deck cracks and when we tried to move deck table forward to eat at it tipped over…seems the house was keeping the table upright and its leg was broke but again the location was perfection and we easily overlooked because what we came for was the sun and relaxation. Pool was beautiful and as stated. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook though appeared well equipped. Thanks for sharing the beauty of this amazing location!

This home had everything we wanted. Pool was very clean. Nice large deck with chairs & grillShort walk to the beach.
