"Uttiet" (Time Out) is located in a quiet area on a dead-end street with little traffic in the beautiful town of Harlesiel, right behind the dike and within walking distance of the beach and harbor. With the exception of the kitchen, the entire house has been thoroughly renovated. Thanks to its close proximity to a playground, this cottage is ideal for a vacation with children.

The lower level features a bright dining room with a pellet stove and a view of the greenery, a living room with a couch and TV, a small kitchen with a 4-burner stove, and a bathroom with a washing machine and a spacious shower (large enough for one person with a child). A high chair can be provided in the living room for young children. The slip-resistant staircase was installed in 2023 and features handrails on both sides and a stair gate. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor: Bedroom 1 is furnished with a large double bed (180x200 cm), and Bedroom 2 has two single beds (100x200 cm).

In the garden, you can relax without a care in the world and harvest plums and gooseberries in the summer. Outdoor furniture, two lounge chairs, and a charcoal grill are available for our guests. A free parking space is available right next to the house. A lockable bike storage room (e.g., for storing e-bikes) is available on the property.

Additional Information

• Since May 2025, the vacation home has been heated by an electric pellet stove that can be controlled with a remote. We provide the pellets. The bathroom also has an electric radiator. If you would like to rent the house during the cold season, please contact us in advance by phone or email.

• Electricity is billed based on usage.

• A security deposit of €200 is charged in addition to the total price.

Please note: The house does not have central heating!
